For our store in Larissa,Thessalia , we are looking for:
Sales Areas Coordinator
The Position
Reporting to the Store Sales Manager, you will be responsible and accountable for:

  • Coordinating a number of different Sales Areas team of 25 persons to achieve the desired and agreed objectives
  • Steering towards maximizing all commercial KPIs of your areas of responsibility
  • Steering towards improving the profitability
  • Controlling, Steering and following up all operating costs, P&L elements and KPIs of your areas of responsibility
  • Securing a consistent, seamless positive customer experience through all channels and all methods
  • Delivering the commercial action plan for your areas of responsibility
  • Implementing the actions agreed in order to improve the Customer Service and Employee Satisfaction indices
  • Selecting, developing and maintaining a motivated team capable of producing the agreed objectives
  • Assuming projects that Sales Manager appoints and bringing them to the desired result in the agreed deadlines

The skills 

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a managerial position ideally in the high volume Retail
  • Very good people management skills, having worked with large teams
  • Very good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer Orientation and Commercial focus
  • Analytical and Synthesis Skills
  • Very good planning, organizational and follow up skills and team oriented personality
  • Achievement drive, initiative taking and problem solving skills
  • Long term strategic thinking/planning
  • University Degree (preferably in Business Administration)
  • Very Good command of the English language
  • Good use of MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Ability to work under pressure and strict deadlines

Qualifications considered as an asset:

  • Knowledge of Navision
  • Geographical mobility
