Κατάστημα Κωτσόβολος αναζητά TALENT SOURCING SPECIALIST(TSS)
JOB PURPOSE:
Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
Determining selection criteria
Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
Responsibilities:
Participate in all recruiting activities
Manage and maintain recruitment platform
Develop new talent acquisition techniques
Participate in career days
Provide support and back-up to the Human Resource Department as needed
Requirements:
1-3 years experience in a recruitment role within a multinational environment
Bachelor Degree in BA, Economics or relevant field
Master Degree in HR will be an advantage
Computer Literate (Excellent Excel and PowerPoint)
English Language (Fluent)
