Key Responsibilities


Support and administer all C&B processes such as payroll, facilities, salary planning, bonus planning, new benefits introduction
Maintain and administer compensation and other related to C&B practices and policies
Analyze different components of the remuneration scheme in the organization and prepare reports
Participate actively in the monthly payroll cycle and provide day-to-day support to Payroll Supervisor and Facilities Coordinator
Maintain and administer different schemes of the variable remuneration
Participate in the design of policies and procedures
Act as a key user of cloud HR platforms, supporting internal clients while providing excellent service experience, timely and accurately
Participate in salary surveys to determine internal equity and external competitiveness
Differentiate pay systems to invest in segments that contribute diversified value
Participate in the strategic projects and initiatives
Skills and Qualifications


Graduate caliber
5+ years of proven experience in similar roles preferably in food industry
Team Player
Strong Negotiation skills
Strong analytical skills
Excellent verbal and written Communication skills
Master user of SCAN HRMS
Excellent MS Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
Excellent knowledge of labor law
English proficiency
