Reporting
to the HR Director of Medical Devices, the incumbent of the position
will act as the single point of contact for queries related to all HR
areas.
Main Responsibilities:
•Manage all training and performance management activities
•Coordinate the whole recruitment process
•Support the HR department in all operational HR activities and various HR projects
Candidates must have:
•Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in HR
•2-3 years of experience with HR, ideally in a multi-site context
•Excellent PC & English language skills
•Strong collaboration skills
•The ability to master complexity and to communicate effectively
