ΠΕΡΙΓΡΑΦΗ ΑΓΓΕΛΙΑΣ:
Athens based investment boutique specializing in direct investments & special situations transactions in exclusive partnership with US family office, is seeking a capable, self-motivated, driven finance professional executing BUY-Side transactions.
Remuneration
Gross monthly salary.
Annual bonus to be agreed based on reaching specific profit & deal execution targets
Equity remuneration to be discussed after year 3
Long term commitment to the role is necessary; the company may request to enter into an exclusive partnership agreement with the successful candidate in order to provide long term bonus/equity structure
Qualifications
Finance or accounting degree
Solid management and financial accounting knowledge
6-7 years in private equity, Big4 or M&A role (credit analysis a PLUS)
Ability to act in buy-side / investor capacity and negotiate with business owners
Experience in business and financial due diligence
Fluent in spoken and written English (and Greek)
Proficient user of Microsoft office SW (excel, powerpoint, outlook etc.)
The candidate shall be responsible for specific projects in all stages of project execution with emphasis on analyzing and compiling financial data, preparation of investment presentations, business plans and financial modeling. Initially deals shall be assigned by the company – in the 2nd year the candidate is expected to develop his/her own deal pipeline under the guidance of the company.
